    Smiles Oral Health features 12 billion cells per dose of HK Lactobacillus plantarum L-137 probiotic, which is clinically shown to support periodontal and immune health. As we age, our gums naturally recede and we need to take great care of our oral health, which is crucial to our overall health and quality of life.

    Suggested use:
    Take 1 quick-melt mint at a time, 3 times daily, Wait 1-2 minutes before drinking water.

    For best results: Place 1 mint in your mouth and allow it to dissolve. Enjoy the rush of fresh mint and use your tongue to spread the inner contents along your gums and teeth. Wait 1-2 minutes before drinking water.

    Other ingredients:
